The British Festival of Performing Arts is a collaboration of the stars of tomorrow led by industry professions in a number of wonderful theatres across the UK. Our festival brings together performers from across the country for a day of performance, masterclasses and celebration! Learning from the very best in the industry, join our professionals for some fantastic workshops during the day before a one night only performance to remember in the evening with feedback from our judges in front of our live audience! Think BGT with a BFOPA twist!

We start with a bang with masterclasses from the best in the industry! Throughout the day, our performers will be adjudicated by our industry professions with each school being celebrated and many awards and medals up for grabs for individuals who display talent and promise! In the evening, you will take to the main stage for an evening gala performance hosted by our BFOPA team and infront of our professionals judges who will provide feedback to our young performers in front of our live audience.Think BGT but with a BFOPA twist!

WHAT IS INCLUDED IN MY DAY?
 
* WORKSHOPS - West End professionals and master teachers from across the globe offering interactive workshops in all aspects of performance. Groups will rotate around TWO separate workshops run by leading industry professionals. Every participant will take part in TWO one hour masterclasses, learning from the very best in the industry.
 
* Q&A - pupils will have a the chance to quiz our professionals on any aspect of performing arts
 
* DRESS AND TECH - Pupils will be part of a tech run of your chosen pieces.
 
* PERFORMANCE - all pupils will take to the main stage the evening for our gala performance. You will be invited to perform 2 pre rehearsed routines of up to 4 minute. This will be hosted and with our industry professional judges giving praise and feedback in front of our live audience celebrating our young stars of the show. Think Britain's Got Talent with our very own British Festival of Performing Arts twist!
